By accessing TopKerala.in, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the platform.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. You must be at least 12 years old to create an account.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant TopKerala.in a non-exclusive license to display your content on the platform. You must not post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates intellectual property rights.

4. Project Submissions

Projects submitted are reviewed by admins before being published. We reserve the right to reject or remove any submission without explanation. Only open-source projects with valid GitHub repositories are accepted.

5. Hire Requests

Hire requests submitted through the platform are for connecting clients with developers. TopKerala.in is not a party to any agreements made between users and does not guarantee any outcomes.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not: spam, harass, or abuse other users; attempt to hack or exploit the platform; impersonate others; or use the platform for illegal activities.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
